✔“Sophie is an experienced Musculoskeletal specialist Physiotherapist with BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy. Having worked for some time in the NHS and with sports teams, she now consults in primary care as a First Contact Practitioner, as well as her private work with a range of recreational athletes.
✔Soph has specialised in helping people continue their chosen activities despite setbacks and injuries. Believing that exercise is the best medicine she is also able to give advice on “pre-hab” or prevention of injuries.
With 25 years of ballet behind her, don’t forget to ask her how to improve your mobility and control too”

🔥Soph will be in and out of our CF and FF Classes to get to know you all.
